Mom had custody of child and lived with her parents for the past year. Dad paid child support and had visitation with child, but child lived in Georgia so visitation a little limited. Mom committed suicide and now grandparents have filed for custody. Dad lives in Florida and must go to hearing in Georgia. What are legal rights as biological parent? Anyone know?
