What is the name of your state? Washington

Hi! I posted yesterday about my ex living with his level 2 sex offender brother in law and not seeing my daughter. Im starting to think suing for full custody is a good idea, simply because I honestly do NOT believe that he has her safety or best intrest in mind, in any situation. This was my post yesterday:

"This question has a few layers: My ex and I have been divorced since November and we have a 20 month old daughter. He lives with his parents. His sister and her family recently moved in with him and his parents. His sister is married to a registered level 2 sex offender. The man isnt allowed to be around children other than his own. I have been in touch with his parol officer. My ex doesnt care about any of that and is mad I wont let him take our daughter before we talk about this situation in a reasonable manner. In the parenting plan, we do not have a weekly visitation schedual because my ex didnt want one (he had said he was moving out of state, and didnt want to finalize anything before he had his "new schedual" so it ended up being filed and finalized blank) so LEGALLY im not required to let him see her until easter. Should I get an attorney? I dont know how to handle him...HELP!"

Any Advice? Ive already denied him visitation for the time being...?

Go to court and get a restraining order against the brother in law AND a court order stating that your ex cannot have vistation at that address.
