my son is going thru divorce-ex is asking for
joint physical custody-she also is on probation for domestic violence (alcohol& gun involved)my son is requesting Physical custody with visits to ex. current temporary situation-is 50/50 but because of ex-work schedule child spends 5 nights a week with my son or me if he has to work that night.he has clean record,no drugs/alcohol prob. what are his chances of getting phys custody???

Given the fact that the father seems to already be the primary residential custodian of the child, it would seem that he has a sound argument for that situation continuing. How old is the child?

the child is 4 yrs old (girl) also my home has been their primary residence since she was 13months old- the divorce began when she was 2 1/2
