I have 50 50 custody of my daughter and her mother is refusing to get me a copy of her insurance card because she says she’s the primary Parent so I can not get one?

Do you know which insurance company? If so, contact them and provide a copy of yor orders if you do have joint leagal and no limitations on medical care choices.
