What is the name of your state?
From toronto, ontario.
I perform a service for my customers where i repair customer goods. Since then the customer went bk and i have stock from their stores which i DID NOT sign for.
The trustee is holding my cheques, saying " MAYBE we will pay u" thats actually what they said, and insists i make a list of all the items that i have in the store that belong to them. My question is. can i hold these goods... either in my store or somewhere else legally, am i legally obliged to give them the goods. an additional note. These goods ARE STORE STOCK. THEY dO NOT BELONG TO A THIRD PARTY.
what would u suggest i do in this situation thnx in advnace.
