cutting trees

In NY if someone cuts town trees without towns permission ruining my seclusion on my property what type of civil lawsuit can i bring considering that I cant sue because they are not my trees that were cut.

You are correct. You have no "standing" to sue - - only the town or other owner of the trees has "standing."
