Hello Haley--
I have no specific opinion about them, but mediation and arbitration are already provided in your claim. That's the same thing that's going to happen with you in 54 days from now. So, why pay extra?
By the way, this company is unlawfully and wrongfully advertising and trolling for clients on this Board. When they agreed to be a Member, as Ms. Costa is, she agreed to the Rules. And, on her first posting, she violated the Rules by soliciting for business. Thsir Rulebreaking should tell you something about their credibility and honesty.
