I have witnessed the car with the person who I recognize from an online forum that I am a part of. Basically he showed up near my house and what later turns out hacked my wifi and network. Later my name was used and i was harassed online. What type of attorney handles online cyber stalking if gov doesn't help? How do find a good one? What is the procedure when the police do nothing?

The behavior of a cyberstalker must be more than just annoying. The behavior needs to be extreme.
