I have a question regarding an employee of the Department of Corrections for the state of Missouri? Here is the website I found regarding this law {Misdemeanor A RSMo: 571.030} If you are convicted of Possess Unloaded Firearm/Projectile Weapon While Intoxicated { Misdemeanor A RSMo: 571.030 } can you still work for the Department of Corrections?
