I WAS ARRESTED FOR D.U.I. IN FLORIDA, 6 MOS. AGO/ A MOTION OF NOT GUILTY WAS ENTERED, CLAIMING AN ILEGAL STOP/ I'VE BEEN IN COURT SEVERAL TIMES, BUT SOMETHING ALWAYS HAPPENS, AND THE CASE IS BEING POSTPONED EACH TIME/
RIGHT NOW I GOT TWO CITATIONS TO APPEAR IN COURT, BUT THE D.U.I. CHARGE IS NOT LONGER ON COURT FILES/ THIS TWO NEW CHARGES ARE POR EQUIPMENT AND LIGHTS AND BOTH ARE TRAFFIC OFFENSES, NOT CRIMINALS/
WHO CHANGED OR REDUCED THE CHARGES?
I AM DRIVING WITH BUSSINES PORPOUSES DRIVERS LICENSE/ IN ORDER TO GET THAT PERMIT, I AM SUPOSSED TO GO TO COUNSELING WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING/ SHOULD I STOP GOING TO THIS COUNSELING, SINCE THE CHARGE THAT PUT ME THERE IS NOT LONGER ON FILES?
SHOULD I PAY THE FINES (TICKETS) OR WAIT FOR NEXT COURT CITATION?

I am a law school graduate. WHat I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Sounds like clerical error to me. Your best bet, contact a criminal defense attorney (many give free consultations) and see what happened, what you need to do, etc.
