What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Hi everyone I have a question regarding a divorce settlement.
My parents had a breakup and in the divorce agreements my Dad was supposed to pay xx amount of $ before entering college.
Then an xx amount of $ 2 years after the first payment.

Well its been 5 years since I graduated high school, and took me 5 years to finish a bachelors.
He never followed the settlement agreement. In total for 5 years he has only paid 63% of the required amount.
He also never paid xx amount before entering college, and xx amount 2 years after the first payment.
What can I do to get the rest of the $ through the legal system?
Also what are the consequences for breaching an agreement?

Thanks!

The agreement was between your parents - not you. Mom is the one who needs to sort it out.

Frankly you're sounding just a bit like a gold-digger. While it's all fine and dandy that your parents were ordered to pay your way through college, what have you been doing yourself?

ITs a simple AGREEMENT in the divorce settlement. That is why I am asking for legal advice.
Hire a lawyer. Good day.

On a brighter note, his spelling appears better after 7 years. I can't imagine dad wanted the money to go down the tubes educating a felon.
