Oklahoma,decree for joint custody, child presently with dad.dad is trying to file emergency custody. mom lives in massachusetts and is holding full time employment and a resident. dad not happy about not having mom to controll. so, now he is being viscous. mom is a single parent living paycheck to paycheck. can't afford representation. PLEASE HELP. can he do this. how does she prove he is making false alligations, without taking time off from work.
