What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA If I am not present along with my other brothers and sisters at the reading of my father's will, do I forfeit my inheitance?

No. The reading of the will is very rarely if ever done nowadays. If someone told you that, they were lying. Go to the county courthouse probate court if you want to get a copy of the will to see if you have been named a beneficiary. If you have been and if there are enough assets in the estate, then the executor will have to pay you when the probate process is finished.
