Damage Claim from Flight plus air-check

Hello, on my flight out my expensive property at value of $300+ dollars was damaged extremely. We claimed it with baggage services and travel baggage depart of our flight airlines company. They said they would send me an aircheck to cover my entire cost of damage which they were supposed to or in useable mileage for all on one ticket.

Instead, they sent me individual air checks for one time each. Its benefitting them NOT ME.

What advise can you give on this situation to get this air-check straightened out???, its stat and urgent i book a flight for this one ticket.

Sincerely, Sorry about that this was difficult for me to figure out which subject or area it shoudl be put into i presumed it may have just been removed from 2 of the 3 areas and left in the correct area. Which area does this belong in for next time, and what do you recommend is the best way to go about getting my ONE free air-check ticket to cover one entire ticket? This is something they must correct URGEN/STAT immediately.
