florida - june 28th, i hired a moving company to move for me. they ripped a hole in a cushion on my couch. the couch is is excellent condition. the damage claim form stated that i would be contacted within 2 bus. days. after 30 days i had yet to get a call. finally after repeated calling @ 60 days someone came to inspect it. after 30 more days i was told the fabric is not available and they could sew it-which would be noticeable or compensate for $50. shouldnt they at least have to recover the couch? can i dispute their offer?
