What is the name of your state? Georgia

My neighbor's vehicle was parked in the street in front of my house (despite that they have a 2 car garage and a double driveway, they always park one car on the street in front of my house, right beside my basketball goal.) A wind storm knocked over my basketball goal and it landed on their truck. (Damage is minimal, dented but no paint damage) Where does the liability fall? I believe it should be under their auto comprehensive insurance (because act of nature and took place on public property). They think it should be my homeowners insurance. Also, I think we should split the cost of the deductible. Please advise as to liability for damages and deductible.

You're not liable because you did not damage anything.
