Damage to Car in Apartment Complex

I live in an apartment complex in North Seattle. Over the past 5 months of me living here there has been minimum damage to my car ranging from scratches, dings and now all my emblems and pin stripping has been taken. I contacted the managing department of my apartment and they told me there is nothing they can do. If anyone could help me with some ideas I would apperciate it. My car is one of the few things i have worth value and right now the value of it is going in the garbage.

There really isn't anything you can do unless you know who did the damage. Call the police and file a report. Maybe they'll patrol the complex more.
