My upstairs (seperate entrance) neighbor went on holiday for one month, during that time there water tank spung a leak, the water came through into my boiler cuboard and has caused unrepairable damage to my (8 months old) boiler. I have been without heating and ho water for jyst over two months. My neighbors have been back over a month now, but although i have approached them several time, and been very pleasent, they just don't seem to care. I am the one that has to approach them. What can i do to get this sorted. I am 60 years old and have lung decease. my home gets very cold and i keep having to boil water to do any household cleaning. I have not been able to bath or wash my hair for the length of time stated.
