Our Mother remarried at the age of 84 to a man who owns a house, but is renting it. Our Mother died June 27 2000, a year after they married. Our homeplace was signed over to us { seven children } in 1992. All monies was also left to us. He has not cleaned our home in over 6 months, and has driven over 30 nails into the plaster walls to hang calendars. Many other things to numerous to mention. My question is, how long does he have to contest the will? We were told 6 months. WE live in West Virginia.

You need to post this in the Wills and probate board.. and then the Estate board to get help on evicting him.

Good luck.
