approximately 18 months ago I went to a real company to sell my home in birmingham alabama.

due to job related relocation the house was on the market about two months when my agent came to me with the suggestion that I lease the property to her sister who had just divorced, with 7 children. She is a school teacher who appeared very trustworthy and because of her sister reccommendation We assumed she would take very good care of the property.I believed our agent about her sisters ecconomic situation and I have been paying the 2nd morgtage for the last 18 month with the agreement that she would maintain the property at reasonable leval. my problem is that the property has not been maintained properly. Also I found out that the listing information was incorrect wrong house shown in listing. we never knew if the house was ever shown.what is our recouse
