Ok. One problem the window tint violation is not checked as a "correctable offense" so umm.. what do i do now? Also, on the back it states that the registration can be correctable but yet again he failed to check that it is correctable. Could that be a mistake upon the officer for not stating that and a reason to fight it all for false information ?
No - we don't have to indicate that it is a correctable violation, so even if he meant to, it's not an issue that woul dhave any relevance.

My suggestion? Correct the violation and point out the correction to the court.

Very often, the option of traffic school in CA will NOT be available if you take it all the way to trial. That is not to say it won't be, but many judges will not offer it after trial.

Do you have any suggestsion as to how i can opt for it, because i REALLY REALLY want to fight it but theres always the chance of the judge taking the officers side because he is the "law."

The only sure way for traffic school is to take it before trial.

Even if i state i want traffic school before the trial starts, are my chances better to get traffic school?

The courtesy notice will probably provide you that information. Unless you've had traffic school in the last 18 months, you should be eligible.
