Dangerous Ex-Wife

we need help in Ohio! what can we do with an ex wife who continually denies visitation? she is always mean and violent during the exchange of the baby and refuses to discuss the baby's well being with his father. she has even kicked in our door during an exchange while holding the baby! both the father and I fear for his son's well-being. she does not seem mentally stable enough to raise their baby. how can we prove this in court? what more do we need to do to get the baby out of a dangerous situation? the list of every thing she has done goes on and on... everyday it is something else she is trying to do to hurt the baby's dad without knowing it only hurts the baby. Please help!

The only thing that I could think of, is to do the oldest trick in the book. and that is to video tape the situations. It will work if you do it right. But ask your husband for permission before you go ahead.
