What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
Dear friends, today I was at the intersection of Howard street and 6th street in San Francisco California. When I was approaching the intersection to make a right turn, I noticed two flashes. But I was at the intersection, I only made the right turn after the light turned green. Turning right from Howard onto 6th while the light is red during the busy hours, is not a good idea as alot of cars pass very fast. So I make sure I wait for the green light. Can someone please watch my dash cam recording and tell me whether I could be the reason for those two flashes, or somebody else??? I don't know, but I am feeling very nervous. I really appreciate your replies. Thank you so much. The link for the video is below.

It looks like you properly stopped. Note the camera flashing means nothing. It costs nothing for the digital camera to take a picture and since this is a NO RIGHT TURN ON RED intersection, it probably is firing to show that you were behind the line while the light was red in case you do continue into the intersection on red. These photos probably won't result in a ticket.

If you receive a ticket, write back. Otherwise, relax.

Thank you for your reply. Right turn on red light from Howard street onto 6th street is legal. I usually dont do it during busy hours and plus the camera there makes me nervous doing the turn. So I make sure I wait for the green light. If the camera took my picture, I hope an officer reviews those photos before sending me anything in the mail. I am an Uber driver and it is my only source of income. Any incident makes me extremely nervous.

It's actually 9th street you're talking about right (not sixth)? Anyhow, the camera needs to fire once while you are behind the line to show that you were not yet in the intersection when the light was red then again once you pass the stop line. I suspect something (your speed or something) tricked it into suspecting you would run the red.

Anyhow, write back if you get a ticket.

Yes, it was 9th street. So sorry for the confusion.

I can't see why it would flash at all since you stopped before the crosswalk.

I wonder if the two flashes were for the red truck going from left to right.

Looks like he might have cut it too close as the light was changing to red in his direction.

There would have been some lag between his red and your green.

Yes I am wondering the same too. It could be that red truck. In case they send me something in the mail, I will show them my dash cam recording for review. Hopefully they will spare my life then.
Tired of this stressful driving job!!!!!!!!!!!!

20 days passed, haven't received anything in the mail yet.
That's good. As I stated, the camera has to take pictures BEFORE you commit a violation to prove essential aspects of the violation, so there's going to necessarily be some flashes that don't lead to violations.

5 weeks passed and nothing in the mail. This experienced totally changed me. Now I stop 3 feet before the line. You never know when these cameras start flashing.
