What is the name of your state? CA

If I filed in January, we went to court and got a stipulated agreement settled on cs/cc/ss in February and are just finishing the actual dissolution paperwork concerning property; what date is the actual end of marriage?? Is it 6 mos. from filing, 6 mos. from the court date??

No when did the court say you were divorced! When was it finalized in a judgment entry.

I guess we haven't gotten a judgement entry, or at least I can't find anything in our paperwork that references a date of dissolution. I was under the impression that it was 6 mos. from the date of filining.

Ummmm... no. the date of divorce is after the judge grants it. Which is usually after a mess of hearings unless it is uncontested and then it is one hearing which can take place anywhere from 6 weeks to about a year depending on the backlogs of the courts. Did you even have a hearing?

We had one court date, where we went into a fast track mediation with our lawyers and agreed, this is what the court info says:

02/14/06 10:30 [P] OSC: C/C, C/S, VISITN, S/S & INJUC
ORDER *FILED 1-12-06*

Disposition Date: 02/14/06
STIPULATION ENTERED

I guess "stipulation" is not considered an order?

A stipulation is probably referring to your agreement which was entered. But call yiour lawyer and he will tell you when you are divorced.
