i live in texas and last year i was in an intimate relationship with a minor. when his parents threatened to take legal action, the relationship was terminated. since then he has graduated and turned eighteen. is it possible for his parents to still file charges after he turns eighteen for the previous crime and if so what is the time frame in which to file charges after this crime is commited?
