My daughter has been harrassed for weeks by our neighbors children. They call her names, fatty mc fatty, fatso, twinky killer etc. Throw rocks at her, shove her down. My daughter is 9 and these girls range from 8 to 13, normally the oldest one watches while the younger ones push her around to make sure she doesn't fight back. They use chalk to write things about her on the street in front of our house, send text messages, any means to get to her they use. I recently went to local police dept to see what my options are to get this to stop because the parents simply say they can't control the girls. An office went to their house and said that is all he can do, only problem is it only made our problem worse. Now they have made bogus complaints to the local authorities against me (3 times in 24 hours). Is there anything I can do to assure that they just leave us alone?

Your options range from doing nothing to moving. If your child is assaulted, report it to the police every time.
