Hi -
My daughter (almost 12) is having a hard time with her step mom. The SM yells and belittles my daughter. She also goes through her phone and sends texts messages from her phone to my daughters' friends. Basically, she is not a good person.
Do I have any legal avenues to pursue? I am know I have to abide by the divorce decree. But this woman is making my daughter's life miserable.
Any suggestions? The dad is always working and won't help me...
