My wife's 13 year old daughter on the verge of going to high school in Sept. just informed us she wants to live with her Dad who has been putting pressure on her since we have had physical custody since she was 3. He has alway seen her every other weekend. He give her everything she wants and at this time of her life she needs to be with her mother. He is going to court to pursue this-any advice? We live in California.
