What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

My daughter, 23, is on probation for at least another 12 months. She has a few things on her record (DUI, possession, receiving stolen property) and she has also been diagnosed as having bi-polar for 5 years now. Her probation was given to her in March '09 and she's been 'good' since then. She sold her car (still has a license but refuses to drive) so she could go to college this year.

After going on and off (due to hospitalizations) to college locally, she is now a residential junior student this year about an hour away trying to 'make it'.
She was housed w/ 3 other girls, none of whom knew each other prior.

One of the girls, age 19, has been sneaking alcohol into the 'dry' campus and/or coming home drunk and my daughter is fearing this could affect her probation. I know roomates CAN and do get reprimanded for the wrong of other roomates and want to know if this could affect her legally or if it would stay as 'campus' probation separate from legal if this girl gets the room busted.

Since you didn't really I am going to guess that you want to know what your daughter can do to protect herself. She might want to speak with the resident advisor about her roomie. She should definitely stay away from the alcohol herself.
