hi
my daughter and son-in-law live in arizona, they are going
to be getting a divorce soon. we all understand that arizona
is a community property state. they have no own home, no real property. they currently have two vehicles both with outstanding loans. my son-in-law is a co-applicant on my daughter's car, i would like to purchase the car and have my daughter as co-applicant before the divorce so that he
can not take the car. is this possible to do, or do i have to buy the car from them and have it just in my name and not
in my daughter's name at all?
