My problem is that I bought a refurbished Compaq laptop which had problems from day one. It's been in for repair a couple of times but every time it comes back the same - or worse. Now Compaq is either unwilling or unable to fix it and they are doing the broken record routine - We're sorry blah, blah, no longer covered by warrantee, blah, blah.
And the retailer advertised thet the unit was refurbished and the whatever problem it may had was fixed. Ha! If the person before me had the same problems, doen't that make it a false advertising?
What can I do????
