MA~ When changing a daycare contract how much if any notice is the provider obligated to give you? I know that with some contracts you must give a 30 day notice of the changes.

Thanks

Day-care contract change

The daycare provider’s obligation under the contract depends on the terms of the contract. For example, if it specifies that they will provide care for 3 months for x dollars per week, they are held to the terms of the contract for 3 months. If the contract terms are silent on the length of the obligation, or if the terms give either party the ability to cancel or amend at any time, then no notice is required.
