What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? N.Y.

Was terminated on Sept. 7, 2004

My Lawyer misrepresented me and lead me through the gambit of HR (human Rights & EEOC) then filed charges knowing they where beyond the statue-of-limitations. I questioned Her on filing charges and was told: "This is the right procedure".

Case "dismissed with prejudice" even though I had approx. 4-5 months left on statues.

I am now attempting criminal charges with local DA against the Union & Town.

Is this wise or even possible? Can I have the Judge's decision over-turned?

Not even remotely enough detail to say. Your post as it stands does not make sense to those of us who were not there at the time.
