I am being summoned for not paying on a two-week notice. Is it a breach on the providers part if I was not informed that care would not be provided due to illness on behalf of the provider. The provider did not inform me of unavailability, did not answer door when I arrived to drop of child, and did not return my call. I was provided notice for the first sick day not the second day. I also know for a fact...her admission and my daughter as witness that she did provide daycare for her before and after school care children despite her claiming to be ill.
