I am being summoned for not paying on a two-week notice. Is it a breach on the providers part if I was not informed that care would not be provided due to illness on behalf of the provider. The provider did not inform me of unavailability, did not answer door when I arrived to drop of child, and did not return my call. I was provided notice for the first sick day not the second day. I also know for a fact...her admission and my daughter as witness that she did provide daycare for her before and after school care children despite her claiming to be ill. This is in Northern VA
