Edelmans Childrens court judge ordered DCFS to bring child for visit since DCFS went 1 week prior to foster home removed child to confidential foster home for unknown reasons. The judge stated "forthwith" on August 26,2011 to bring child for visit with parent by August 30,2011 and DCFS did not bring child DCFS called thursday Sep 1 stating that child could come on September 8 or 9. Its obvious DCFS is not complying with court orders what can i do to let the judge know or what can i file with the court to possible get child with parent who is currently in drug rehab who has been complying with court orders when DCFS went to foster home and removed child the day after finding out mother entered rehab the stated that they DCFS was terminating reunification services and termination parental rights which we went to court 1 week to the day and judge did not terminate reunification or parental rights another court date is scheduled for October 11 but thats far away what can we do please help we have a private lawyer thats on vacation until september 12 the child has been abuse3d in previous foster homes

I'm having a hard time making sense of your post - it's a garbled mess. When you're trying to communicate something important, treat it as a writing assignment for school - use paragraphs, punctuation, and make sure to proofread it so it makes sense.

However, the best I am able to understand it is that the court has ordered DCFS to bring the child for visitation and you think DCFS is violating the court order by not bringing the child for visitation. If that's the case, you can file for DCFS to be held in contempt.

However, I doubt if that's really the case. For starters, unless DCFS is party to the case, there would not be court order telling them what to do.

Let's start by telling us what the order says - word for word but without the names - regarding DCFS bringing the child.
