DE dui, NJ resident..

i got a dui in de i live in nj. i have to complete a 16 hour dui course in NJ b/c of my DUI in de and i am wondering if i am moving to florida is it possible to finish these hours in florida.

In my opinion it would be much easier to just finish where you are. I believe you will have to set up quite a few things before you can legally go. That is of course if you are accepted by Florida and released from your current state. You would certainly have to discuss the issue with whom ever is supervising your probation. goodluck.
