When an appeal has been perpected from JP court. The justice shall stay..bla...bla... bla.... Make Transript...bla... bla.... bla.....send to county clerk who shall docket the case and the trail shall be do novo.

What is "de novo"

"De novo" means "new" as in new trial; what this means is that a trial begins anew as if the first one never happened.
