First, punctuation is your friend. The sooner you learn that communication is a valuable tool, the better off you'll be.

That aside, you are now residents of Florida. You can file for divorce in Florida. Since you were married when the child was born, the child is legally his - whether he believes it or not. So file for divorce, custody, and child support. He can then file for visitation if he wishes. You would probably want to ask for supervised visitation in FL for quite some time given the age of the child and the fact that she doesn't know her father.

This may help you get started:
Court Programs

ETA: Oh, yeah. And get a job. As Pro says, you're expected to support your child, too.

File for divorce, custody of your daughter and child support.

Be expected to be imputed an income equal to at least 40 hours @ min wage.

(You're both expected to support your mutual child).

Lots of great information (and forms) here:

If you don't work, are you on public assistance?

Don't they go after the absent parent?
It takes time, when you state hop. Our tax dollars only cause things to go so fast. Hope you don't use drugs OP. FL tests if you receive public assistance. Everyone else is migrating north again.

Okay, I lived in IA, and went after a deadbeat dad who lived in IL and worked in IN.

It can be done.
