Dead kitten, what can I do?
Situation: Dead kitty, caused by Vet administering anesthesia incorrectly. (specifically admitted in phone conversation by the vet. She basically blew it up like a balloon when she turned the wrong dial or something.)
Is it possible to take to small claims court (if needed) for reimbursement of the inital cost of the cat from the pound($100.00) plus the previous $160 in medical fees paid in prior visits to the vet?
Or would I just most likely get the $100?
I now have to get another cat. which means I have to spend another $260 in fees to ensure a healthy cat. All I want is what I had to invest initally back from the vet, do I even bother?
