What is the name of your state? WY

New law comes in effect on October 17. Does it mean that if one files on October 14 (Friday), he is still filing under the old law? Or should it be filed in advance so that the whole case or at least the hearing takes place before that day? (I doubt, but I'd rather ask)

Thanks!

The official date of file is the official date, but I wouldn't wait that long. You never know when you will have a last minute emergency (accident, short on money for fees, etc,).
