What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alaska

I have a couple questions that need addressed. I don't have the benefit of a lawyer, so any help is very much appreciated :)

First, my original trial date was set for June 20th, but was pushed backed to July 22nd, and then again just recently to the week of August 15th at the request of my ex-husbands lawyer. In the domestic relations trial scheduling order, it states that "an order changing the trial dates does not affect the original pretrial deadlines unless the order so provides." I did not receive his final witness list until the day before the July 22nd trial and have still yet to receive any of his exhibits(lawyer has stated there are a few). On the scheduling order, the witness list was due 60 days before trial & exhibits 20 days before trial. No orders from the court extended the deadlines. My question is do I need to file a motion to object to the witness list & exhibits or do I wait until the court date and object when the lawyer tries to admit them?

My next question is in regards to the release of medical records. When I exchanged my disclosures, I was under the impression that a consent to medical records release was to be included in the packet. I was incorrect and since finding out I have requested for the release 3 times from his lawyer. The first time I was ignored, the second time they wouldn't release it without further information, and the last time I provided the additional information only to be ignored again.

The reason for the last trial continuance was because of his medical reasons. How do I go about getting the release? The lawyer and my ex have been nothing but uncooperative and late in all filing deadlines.

Thank you for your time and I am grateful for any information provided :)

A) File a motion objecting to any witnesses and exhibits BEFORE the final hearing as he missed the deadline. Reaffirm that objection at the trial before it starts.
B) He doesn't have to provide you with a release for his medical records. Those are confidential.
