What is the name of your state? IL

on the sheet that the court sends out to creditors stating that the debtor has filed bankruptcy, what does it mean when it states "objection to exemptions- deadline is 30 days after the conlusion of the creditors meeting"? stupid question i know :rolleyes: should have the person that filed for bankruptcy type this out!

It means that creditors, or the Trustee, have 30 days after your 341 meeting to file objections to your stated exemptions.


They have 60 days to file objections to the dischargeability of all or a portion of your debts to them.
