What is the name of your state? California

This involves a MMORPG game virtual item sale. There was no contract or anything. It was a $800.00 deal for two items. The deal failed because he failed to pay on his deadline that I gave him. He was using the two items, before he even paid and he increased his debt by buying other virtual items off me. He paid some off through internet goods like credit for a game. The remaining debt was around $850. He started to avoid me and i decided to take my stuff back. I took my two items and some of his. Now he says i commited fraud and threathens me. He has been harrasing me through racial slurs and threathens to fly to my house. He also paid or somehow got background information on me and my family, and is harrasing me with that also. Can i be sued for fraud? Can he be sued for threathening me, even though i have no idea where he lives? This all takes place in a game. Thanks in advance.
