I only test drove it around the block. It was when I took a long ride that I started getting my migranes.Actually...You messed up by not buying a car that is comfortable to drive in. ARE you the one driving it?
Does the contract and all other paperwork need to be signed by the cardealer to be valid.I am sorry about your migraines. That fact is probably not enough for you to get a refund.
No. The contract can be signed by the dealer later.Does the contract and all other paperwork need to be signed by the cardealer to be valid.
how is that a contract if I don't have a signed copy of it?No. The contract can be signed by the dealer later.
No its sitting in the driveway.Actually...You messed up by not buying a car that is comfortable to drive in. ARE you the one driving it?
The dealer presented you with an offer, you accepted the offer with your signature and deposit, and you left the dealer with money in exchange for the car.how is that a contract if I don't have a signed copy of it?
I agree with all that you said except the very last. A 6th grade I.Q. does not mean a low I.Q. My eldest tested at 149 in 6th grade and lil'blu tested at 160.The dealer presented you with an offer, you accepted the offer with your signature and deposit, and you left the dealer with money in exchange for the car.
Offer, acceptance, consideration.
You are both acting in accordance with the terms of your agreement.
You can consult with an attorney in your area if you want to see if there is a legal "out" for you. The fact that you are admitted low-IQ could be explored.
Good luck.
I apologize.I agree with all that you said except the very last. A 6th grade I.Q. does not mean a low I.Q. My eldest tested at 149 in 6th grade and lil'blu tested at 160.
No problem....I would caution on going for the "I have a brain cyst and couldn't understand what i was doing" argument. He may win it and then have his license taken away. IMO.I apologize.
Good. But if driving gives you migraines and makes you vomit, I would avoid driving until you are examined by your physician.I did not need a attorney to get my disability. I was sent straight to disabilities Doctor. I was approved within 2 weeks. Never once did they say I was unable to keep my license.
