I am sorry about your migraines. That fact is probably not enough for you to get a refund.

how is that a contract if I don't have a signed copy of it?
The dealer presented you with an offer, you accepted the offer with your signature and deposit, and you left the dealer with money in exchange for the car.

Offer, acceptance, consideration.

You are both acting in accordance with the terms of your agreement.

You can consult with an attorney in your area if you want to see if there is a legal "out" for you. The fact that you are admitted low-IQ could be explored.

Good luck.

I agree with all that you said except the very last. A 6th grade I.Q. does not mean a low I.Q. My eldest tested at 149 in 6th grade and lil'blu tested at 160. ;)

I did not need a attorney to get my disability. I was sent straight to disabilities Doctor. I was approved within 2 weeks. Never once did they say I was unable to keep my license.

Good. But if driving gives you migraines and makes you vomit, I would avoid driving until you are examined by your physician.

sigh...

If you go to court with the argument that you function at a 6th grade level and therefor the contract should be invalidated...they may agree with you and also decide that someone who functions on a 6th grade level should not be driving.
