Omission is what has not been included. The dealership failed to include (omitted) the name of the finance company.

Ahh. Ok ya they never even showed me the credit application they sent to the banks. Also when I went in I made it perfectly clear I did not want a hard hit on my credit report until we got our mortgage or I would come back after we got mortgage. He said it would not be a hard hit, I checked my credit and there is 12 hard hits on it from them.

The bill of sale says 13.440.00 and the contract says 13.739.00. Neither of them are signed by the dealer. The car was 12.999.00. I have a picture of it on the car.

He is also going after them for taking advantage of a disabled person, but he said he has to talk to the state attorney, or something like that for that. He was pretty angry about the whole deal.
