What is the name of your state? NY

Back in October I purchased a vehicle and had a list of minor things that the dealer agreed to have done, such as the alignment, adjust the pinch weld, find out why the breaks were squeeling, and find the emmissions leak (engine light came on). They were waiting for the machine to come in for the emmissions leak and said they would call me, but it would be a few weeks, I said ok but never heard anything. I called the service manager the other day to see if they got the machine in and and said yes but that I had to call my sales man which was at another location to make the arrangements and get approval to get the work done at no charge. I figured, no problem, so I called him. The original agreement was that I would drop my vehicle off with them, they would drive me to work (I work a block away) and then they would take the van to their service shop and pick me up from work at the end of the day. Well, when I called the sales man he said he doesn't remember ever having a conversation with me regarding anything being wrong with the vehicle after I bought it! I told him, I have all the faxed communications I had with you and your manager, but he kept cutting into our conversation and then hung up on me! I was so pissed I actually started to cry..... all these repairs are less than $!00, except I need two new front tires because since the didn't do the alignment the inside of my tires are worn out pretty good, I am willing to buy two used tires to put on since I should have followed up sooner, but they should at least do the emissions and do the alignment. They agree to the emissions (according to the service manager), but wont do the alignment. How should I handle this, I know I can't go and choke the sales man, though I would like to, so should I go to his manager, or go to the head manager of all the locations? Or doesn't it really matter. Maybe I should just let it go and pay for the $50 alignment somewhere else ..... what would you all do?

I never said I knew it had a defect. I noticed it after I had purchased the vehicle - then they agreed to fix it after they got the machine in and when they go the machine in they suddenly had a memory lapse....
