What is the name of your state?

In Florida does a car dealership have to tell you if a car has been in an auto accident? I recently found out that a used SUV I purchased 6 months ago has been in an accident. Is there anything legally I can do?

Get it fixed.

Did you even ask them if it was in an accident? (Not that it affects your "case" any).

Most cars have been in accidents, it is a matter of "how bad" and does it make the vehicle unsafe to drive or substantially impair the value of the vehicle. Just the fact that it has been in an accident means little. If if was improperly repaired or is unsafe, then you have a case.
