Massachusetts: Two part question: What chapter and/or verse, code and/or statute pertains to the right and protection of t right to take a document issued by one party away from the Company offices of that party and personnel in order to have an adequate opportunity to review the legal document where the other party is comfortable and with a neutral third party, of the other parties own choosing,, in a setting convenient with the third party and with assurance that the legal document will promptly, (within hours), return that legal document to the issuing Company offices and with the plain signature of the first party if the document so satisfies. What, if any, types of legal documents are exempt from the uniform right and protection?

You have not "right" to take someone else's property. You may take a COPY if you and they are so inclined.

That's the best I can do with the cryptic post you made.
