My father recently died from lung disorders caused by his addiction to cigarettes. My mother spent the last 10 years and all of their life savings caring for my disabled father who was suffering from these lung disorders. It is stated on his death certificate that he died from illnesses caused by tobacco products. Does my mother have any legal recourse against the producers of Camels, Chesterfields, or does she have access to any funds from class action lawsuits against members of the tobacco industry?

My condolences on your loss. You may want to contact some of the tobacco class action lawyers or the state attorney general's office in your state.
